Caring Kind was created by a small group of friends in the Santa Cruz mountains of December 2009. It was created to cultivate and distribute cannabis to a small collective of people for medicinal use. We were successful in our mission of high quality indoor grown cannabis at a fair price so we started serving our local dispensaries in addition to our collective. We perfected our soil grown recipe and selected some of the most popular cultivars. With the passage of Prop64 we adjusted our business model and started serving the recreational market. We got our Clean Green Certification in 2018. Our first licensed flower shipment went out September 2018. We are a family owned and operated business. We support small family owned farms in our mission to get the highest quality cannabis at the most affordable prices. Speaking of quality every flower that we package is inspected by our team of experts prior to shipment.

Caring Kind has always donated to it’s members and we firmly believe in compassion. Since our beginnings as a non-profit we have given back to our community and to those in need. We are continuing that mission with the passage of SB-34 we now are able to donate tax free cannabis to our retail partners. We stand by our Cannabis community and are actively involved in positive changes.

Freshest Buds
Our team of experts quality check all flowers prior to packaging and we package on demand ensuring our customers always get the Freshest Buds possible. While waiting to be packaged all flowers are stored in a dark temperature controlled environment.
Top Quality
We only source and package the best flowers for our customers. We have deep relationships with all of our partner farms and we inspect and pick every batch we package. Our close relationships with the farms and farmers allows us to get the very best!
Indoor Grown
Mostly indoor grown. We started off as indoor growers because it was the easiest and safest way to access Cannabis, but now as things have changed with Laws and techniques; we have also started supporting Light assist methods in a Green House.
